Over 30 years ago, my career in human resources began – freshly trained as a foreign language secretary.
In Berlin, I worked as a dispatcher, later as an HR specialist and admin manager, handling the entire process of recruitment, employee support, and administrative tasks.
In 2002, I moved to Ireland with my family. By 2006, we ventured into the early days of web design and developed our first websites. Later, we founded a virtual assistant company and worked with many exciting clients from various industries – from startups to established companies. During this time, I gained valuable experience in efficient business processes and structured work.

I built and led a virtual assistant company.
My focus was on efficiently organising business processes and supporting companies through tailored back-office services.
Froach Media GmbH | Key Account Manager (2017-2023)
I was responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue and strengthen market position.
I personally managed key accounts – from onboarding to the end of the licence – and fostered long-term partnerships.
My tasks also included acquiring hot leads, upselling, licence management, as well as preparing offers, invoices, and reports. Additionally, I optimised administrative processes and supported the team with workflows, templates, and pricing strategies.
Techstarter GmbH | Team Lead Class Management (2023 – 2025)
In my role as Team Lead, I took on the leadership and structural development of the Class Management Team. I developed and optimised operational processes, established an efficient CRM structure in HubSpot, and implemented KPI systems for performance measurement. Additionally, I was responsible for hardware management, relationship management with external stakeholders, and the automation of key workflows. As the interface between internal departments (Sales, Education, Career Success) and external partners, I ensured the establishment of productive communication and smooth process execution.
