What you get
20-25 hours of support per week – depending on the project phase
Facilitation and support of team processes
Introduction or further development of KPIs and routines
Documentation and structured knowledge transfer
Identification of bottlenecks & optimisation potential

- with clearly defined intermediate goals and review phases
- we work closely with you via Meet, Slack & Notion directly in your live system
📍 Place: Remote (Google Meet) or in the office in Berlin
